The goal is to get as far away from D2’s blurred edges as you can with practice in order to expand your visual focus.If you have a mild degree of myopia, you can use a plus lens.For medium/high myopia (over 300 degrees), it is recommended to use glasses 25 to 50 degrees below normal for close training.In addition, if you are not reading or working in close proximity, you can wear slightly undercorrected glasses or contact lenses to further stimulate the reversal of myopia.That’s amazing, isn’t it?
